Just finished up with a repair issue and a couple of upgrades. Michael Lowe and Austin were our repair team. They worked well to address our issues. Very pleased with their work. Already contacted Transou's to schedule a repair at a rental unit. Will use this service again. Plus, their trucks look very cool.............. ????
Transou's will be my one and only plumbing company. Just moved to Winston Salem and needed a plumber. I was extremely hopeful with Brandy, the office manager, upon our first conversation. She was professional but I also felt as if I had been a long time customer. After hearing of my problem, she checked with the crew and got them out the next day. Michael and Austin arrived with the same balance of professionalism and friendliness. AND, they did the job right, neatly and worked to stay within my budget with various options. I have no doubt you will be as happy with Transou's as I have been.
We have used Transou’s Plumbing multiple times over the past few months and I don’t plan on using anybody else. Their pricing is very competitive and their service is top notch. Every part of my experience with this company was awesome. From the office manager Brandy's politeness, attitude and patience while escalating my last minute request, to Mike and Zach who installed a toilet in less than a half hour. I am having a party this weekend and after disaster after disaster with other companies, I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to book me for 9am the next morning. My toilet is in and my party will go on.
I returned from vacation to a plumbing issue at my home and they were quick to respond, find the issue, and get it fixed for me. Very professional and were clear about explaining the work that needed to be done as well as the cost of the repair prior to starting the work so I did not have any surprises (besides how affordable it was!) and was extremely happy at the end result. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs!
