They were prompt and very efficient in figuring out what needed to be done and fixed several issues in our home. Justin answered all of my questions and informed me of what needed to be done for each issue. I noticed the grass was wet when they arrived so asked them to please make sure they wiped there feet coming in. They were very respectful and said they would just remove their shoes. We will definitely use Preston’s Plumbing again!
