My kitchen drain was clogged. Mr Rooter came, took the drain apart, unclogged it then put it back together. Great right? One problem, the drain now leaks where he took it apart. The guy knew it at the time telling me it’ll get me by. It did not leak before so why should I have to put up with it leaking now? That people is what I call a half-a—ed job. I sent the company an email telling them about it. I got a polite email back saying they appreciate my feedback & are using it to improve their service. If I could give them a 0 star I would
Ken came to our house within 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon when our toilet and shower backed up into the house. He was very responsive, personable and was a very hard worker. I will call him every time I need a plumber in the future and would recommend him to anyone. Fantastic!
