HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. It's clear this guy dosent care about his clients. He was sent to us by our insurance company took him 3 days to call us for a appointment when he is suppose to call with in 24hrs came to our home WITH NO TOOLS (used my husbands) to diagnose problem with our jacuzzi bathtub said it was pump and would call us after ordering parts...never did. I called him a week later he said he would call me back that night and update me never did. My insurance company tried calling him, never called back, they tired emailing never responded and this was after collecting 75.00 service call fee. Thank God after him jerking us and my insurance company around we got our 75.00 refunded to us and have parts on the to repair the problem and he is being dropped from our insurance company for scamming people. Dont ever use this company or Belgrade plumbing it's the same person.

Dennis was great! He is a really nice guy and took care of us. He replaced the water heater and also the sprayer on our sink. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but he did an exceptional job and is just a nice man! Thank you!!
