Air Man Air Conditioning

Couldn't have asked for better service or care from a great company. Alan was out first thing this morning and took the time to fully investigate the issues our system was having. I had previously been told the full system needed to be replaced with the newer type refrigerant system, and expected he would just be giving me a second quote. Instead he discovered our system was already up to date to handle the new refrigerant and worked to solve the issues it was having. He cleaned the outside unit replaced a part then had it balanced and running smooth before he left. I've already recommended him to coworkers and look forward to partnering with him and Air Man in the future. Thanks again Alan!

One of my AC units went out just before my out of town family was to arrive for the weekend. Called Vince in a panic. Vince moved us up in the schedule as he could tell I was a bit anxious. Alan arrived late that Friday evening and got to work. He quickly got the unit up and running for the weekend just in time as my guests were arriving. Alan was polite and very professional. He said he would have to come back after the weekend to actually find the Freon leak and repair it properly but I was good to go for the weekend. I paid the Service Fee and Freon charge and everything worked great for the weekend. It was a hot one too! I scheduled the follow up repair for the next week. Alan came back out and sure enough found and fixed the leak! I went to pay him but he said NO CHARGE. I asked him why and he said he should have found the leak the first time he came out. (I didn't think so as he was rushed because it was getting late on a Friday evening and my guests were arriving soon) He was able to capture the Freon and re-use it so didn't have to purchase additional gas. I was certainly expecting and willing to pay for the return visit but he wouldn't have it. Wow, great service from a great local company! I will always use Air Man for any service or new AC purchases in the future. Thank you Vince and Alan! Great job!

My upstairs AC unit stopped cooling a few days before my son and his family were to visit. The service technician, Alan, came out and assessed the situation, submitted a diagnosis to my Home warranty company and after some dillydallying on the warranty company's part he came right out and fixed the problem. He was very professional, thorough and courteous during to two visits he made to my home. The person on the other end of the phone with Air Man company was also very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. The company installed the air conditioner with the previous owners of the house. Great unit. I called them to service it on a regular basis. Well recommended.

It's 6:00 Sunday evening, real feel 102 outside, and my AC goes out! I called this business because of the great reviews, and I was not disappointed!! Alan was at my house within about 15-20 minutes, fixed the problem (capacitor), gave me a great rate, and was gone by 7:00! I have NEVER had better service in my life! Alan was so professional, clean, and even smelled good! I say that because so many times in the past the jokers my home warranty company used to send out were a bit nasty...like they hadn't seen soap and water in a while. Alan was great in every aspect! I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs. I will be calling Alan again soon to look at my other AC unit that is failing.
