Great response at a high price. I called for help because of a ruptured water pipe. They sent 2 individuals out right away. They couldn't repair or locate the leak & left. ServPro called me & I indicated that I needed to have the leak fixed. They then sent a subcontracted plumber who fixed the leak. I was billed Over $100 for the unsuccessful ServPro visit and then over $1000 for the work done by the excellent subcontractors. I am happy with the results but feel like the rates are excessive.

I would give this company more than 5 stars if possible. I had some awful stains on my carpet due to having children and 3 big dogs in the house. I was about to resort to new carpet when ServPro was mentioned. I was beyond excited when I got home and the stains were gone and my carpet looked so good all through the house. Thanks to ServPro for the excellent job their guys did. The service they provided saved me lots of dollars, now I don't need new carpet. Thanks again ServPro!!!
