I love this company! Wonderful plumbers, Jeremy came to my house after hours and fixed my leaking sink on my 2 year old house. He is very well mannered. I will definitely recommend this company

I wished I would have read reviews. I told them all the problems I was having with my sewer line and even said the previous person couldn't get a snake down it. Well he ran the snake and pulled up with clay. Bottom is broke out so wont be ble to run snake. 197.$$$ just to tell me it messed up and I still need it fixed and he said I will need to call and get out on the schedule ????‍♀️????‍♀️ then have me an estimate of why it will cost me to do the job... 165 per our ect.... so I am where I started when I called in desperate need!! Unbelievable.

I will never use Payne plumbing nor will I ever refer them to anyone (Not even to my enemy). I chose them off the good reviews from NextDoor, the associated (Tim) they sent over for a plumbing issue in the home I’m purchasing. He is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve encountered in a long time. He charge the saler $130 and he didn’t even do any repairs .

We have had very good service from Payne Plumbing, including repairs to poor work from Greenway. They have been punctual, professional, and when one part was needed, went to get it in Memphis and returned the same day. We have used their services from 2015 to present.

I'm still in shock at the extremely poor level of service I got today (9/2/2014). Plumber arrived at 8:45 a.m. to repair a leaking dishwasher line. He took a couple of seconds to look at the problem with his flashlight and said he would have to go look for parts. Over 2 hours went by with no contact from the company. I called them and the woman who answered the phone said "He can't find the part. He might not be able to fix it." I waited 3 more hours and called back at 2:00 p.m. She said he had gone on another service call and probably wouldn't be able to fix it. I told her I was going to call someone else who knew what they were doing and told her that she should have called me to let me the know the situation. Called another plumber and he had the problem fixed from start to finish in less than 20 minutes. I know this plumber from Payne had to be licensed. It is inconceivable to me he didn't know how to fix something so simple. The second plumber from the other company almost fell on the floor laughing when I told him what the Payne plumber said and did. If I hadn't had a witness, I doubt he would have believed me. He said it was one of the simplest plumbing problems to repair and would be something he could tell his grandchildren. (His exact words.) And, the woman who answers the phone doesn't appear to know that the bare minimum for acceptable customer service is to keep your customers informed. I would drown before I ever called this company again.
