Ellie is an asset for Mr Rooter Santa Cruz. His hardwork and honesty is amazing. Took care of his job like the owner doing their own work. This is what we call it professionalism at its best. He takes his time explaining the problems and fixing the issues. Did follow to make sure everything is working fine. We have not seen any plumber did this before (over 20+ years in Bay Area). Excellent job Mr Rooter Santa Cruz of having Ellie...please take care of him like him taking care of his customers...

Sal technician was here in less than an hour. He is very professional, polite and gives you detail explanation of the problem. He did a very thorough excellent job in fixing the toilet plumbing in an emergency. His Boss Scott came out as well to bring the camera. Awesome to see whats going on in your plumbing pipes. They also give suggestions on what will help you for your particular plumbing needs for your particular house. Both Scott ( Boss ) and Sal technician are knowledgeable and did an excellent job in fixing the problem! I highly recommend this company.

We have used Mr. Rooter for a number of years. They answer their phone and have a great communication system set up to let you know who is coming to your home and when they will arrive. I liked seeing a picture of the technician who would be working in my home. Their technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Our technician even cleaned up around the sewage spill! I will continue to use this plumbing service.

Very professional service. Louie Moreno did great work for a fair (and clearly explained and documented) price. We got service within hours of calling, and his followup phonecall to check that everything was OK was much appreciated. Nothing bad to say about them in any way.
