What a terrible place! Website says they’re 24 hours, called and they said they were open, I show up and call again because they were really hard to find, and then I was told they were closed for trailer washout. Now I’m having To go 75 miles out of route one way just to get a washout. I really hope they go out of business!

Be Clean..? To be or not to be..? And if to be is the question; In my case is No!..Yes, exactly....a Big & Huge No..to: " B CLEAN LLC From Laurel, MS. Really disappointed how in today's day racism and lies Stil exist.! I had to load a shipment of quality poultry from Sanderson Farms . By the shipper & USDA guidelines it's better to have a complete sterilization of the trailer for the transportation of fresh poultry. Anyhow..100 miles away when I had other alternatives and places to choose to washout the trailer even it wasn't smelly or dirty..I opted to contact B CLEAN LLC ...A lady was polite and servicial by the phone.. And assured me they will be open and in service to do what they do best..Cleaning! . I drove over 100 miles in transit to them because they are next to Sanderson Farms in Laurel city, MS. Surprisingly when I arrived they told me: #1. They're closed today. " #2. They can not provide me the service. I just told them it's OK. It's all good ..Because they have the right to deny service as they please.. .The way or they business code of conduct wasn't right. They assured me they were in service and I had to present my self to Sanderson Farms with a OK trailer ..instead of a complete fresh washout .. It's funny how they have in God We Trust in all their New Equipments.. GOD never lies!

I give them a negative 5 stars. I had a sluggish washing machine line. I called and a guy came out and cleaned the line. My wife said he spent about an hour working and 15 minutes talking to her. When we got the bill it was almost $400 to clean a washing machine line! When I called I was told it was 2 hrs labor and 2 hrs for their jet machine. Their labor starts from the time they leave the office till they return. Thank goodness I only live 8 miles away. They also charge for the jet machine during the whole time they are there including travel time at $79/hr. They said two guys came out but my wife said there was only one. I guess the other guy was invisible or asleep in the truck. They also quoted my wife $900 to run about a 50 ft water line for a faucet in the yard. Unless you like to pay a high price for plumbing work I would avoid this company for home plumbing.

The company I work for rented some porta potties. They delivered in a timely manner, and we were pleased with the service.

This place is horribly ran. They are also located on a gravel lot just past a 5 ton bridge with no visible sign. So if u are a glutton 4 punishment and like being treated like a*$ from some minimum wage clowns, be careful on ur way in and take the 1st or smaller Don Curt Blvd back. Also the map here on Google has em in the wrong place. If u follow it like I did u will find yourself turning around in a turkey farm and crossing the 5 ton bridge. Plan ahead and stay away. How is this place still in business? Smdh
