Bissett Plumbing was assigned to do work on my HVAC system by AHS my home warranty contractor. Jay came out quickly and assessed the problem. Told me it would be about 3 days to get the parts he needed due to my system being 17 years old. 3 days later he showed up and had everything running within 20 minutes. Working with this company was a pleasant experience. I only wish the parts could have be local and I wouldn't have had to sweat it out for 3 days but I cant blame them for that. Thanks again and I would highly recommend them. Jay was super!
I've used them many times. Jay has come out and told me what to do to fix the problem and not charged me. He is the only person the understands the Carrier Infinity system. Yes, they are slow and the woman answering the phone lacks bedside manners, but I would use them anytime.
I should have read the reviews in these guys before allowing them to come out. Billy Brass caused way more issues than he solved, and was indignant about being asked to fix the issues. American Home Warranty needs to stop using them. Jay was nice enough, but Billy won't even look you in the eye. Something wrong with that guy. Horrible experience. Don't let them near your house.
Sadly, I feel giving this company even a 1 star is more than what they deserve. The office woman is lazy and clueless. She actually told me they didn't respond to a request made by a home warranty for days because the form was missing some of the information. So instead of proactively calling off the information that was provided she simply ignored it. I had to follow up with her to finally put it on the list to have them set an appointment. Once we finally got an appointment set, the plumber never showed. When I called to find out why they missed their appointment she said she would call the plumber and get back to us. We, of course, never heard back. If you like to play games, call Bissett. If you want the work done in a timely manner by people who care, call someone else!
