A little pricey, but fast and excellent service

They were too busy to come out and check out my problem tell me it would take several days

I just turned on my water heater they installed , now I have water coming out of my gas meter and no gas in the house

When it comes to certain home repair services, like plumbing and pest control, we definitely get what we pay for. I don't mind paying a premium if the job gets done right the first time. Roto is a little more expensive than the local guys, but I wanted to use RR to avoid the local guy hassle. I've given the local guys a chance; all I ended up with was a half-assed job and dirt & grime left splattered over my bathroom. If it's not one thing, it's a whole other problem with these mom n pop plumbers (I'm a big fan of going & supporting local folks, but not in this case). So, Roto comes out to my house to repair a $500 Kohler toilet. I had a problem come up later, and the manager and his secretary were so professional and helpful, I just had to write an honest review about them. I received a refund in full for the parts and labor--try that with the locals and see how far you get. Cool part is Roto warranties all of their work, and backs it up, so I was 110% protected. They definitely lived up to the mainstream hype, and lived up to their word. Overall, I gave them a recommended A. I have a couple bidet attachments I need help installing, and I'll use them again.
