Great company. They came out really quickly and knew exactly what to do. My husband spent 3 evenings after work trying to fix something that took Jake just 30 minutes to fix. We are very pleased and had a great experience. He was very nice and professional and we will call him if we ever need a real plumber again.

Had a second floor flood and couldn't find anyone to come out the same day to help us. I called Ace and Jake answered the phone. He told me that he was on a job for the next two hours and would head right over after that. He was true to his word. Incidentally another company had told me they would call after their job and never did. Jake arrived and was friendly and professional. He took care of our problem, working around Serve Pro who was there cleaning up. He was able to get our water back on. His charges were reasonable and he did not take advantage of our situation by charging all sort of emergency or after hours fees. We are very appreciative! Scott Davis--Ocean Springs

I paid Jake in full even though the job had not been finished. When the part finally arrived he texted me he would be there the next day to finish the job. Never showed up or answered any calls. Now I have to pay an additional plumber to come out and complete the job. Stay away...
