Dent Air Conditioning

I'm not a Dent Air Conditioning customer, but tonight had an excellent after-hours customer service experience with the company. My wife and I smelled something funny in our laundry room and thought it might be a slow leak from the AC unit in our attic directly above. Our current AC service company does not offer 24-hour service, but I knew Dent did. Within 5 minutes of calling their posted 24-hour line, I got a call from Mike, Dent's technician-on-call. I described to him my issue and he talked me through the possible problems. He offered to come out that night and gave me, unprompted, a reasonable quote for doing so. But he concluded, based on my description and his knowledge, that our AC was not the cause of the odor. Mike was right. My wife and I soon solved the odor mystery on our own (which I am too embarrassed to share). Mike's help saved us money and a little worry, and we're thankful for it. So although we're not a Dent customer (yet), we'll certainly consider them in the future. Folks who are currently looking for an AC service provider with excellent customer service would be smart to give Dent a call.

I highly recommend this company. They are very reliable. The tech that came out was extremely respectful, introduced himself right away. Joey did an amazing job. He was so passionate and knowledgeable about his company, services, and products that I'm considering upgrading my water heater to a tankless system. I'm not usually loyal to a specific company because I shop around for prices, but Joey made me feel so comfortable and confident that my repairs were done right for a fair price that I'll ask for Joey for all my future plumbing needs. Does he do ac and heater work too?

Received impeccable customer service from associate Terrale Washington. Service was fast and effective. Repaired chronic issue with my AC unit and it’s been doing well ever since! Suggested his skills to a family member and they too are very pleased. Keep up the great work Mr. Washington!

I've got a rental property in Jackson that was having AC problems. My normal AC company I use didn't have much detail to give me and their only response was pretty much "you need a new unit." I decided to get a second opinion and I called DENT. Within 45min of me calling them their technician was at the home (this was also about 3 hours EARLIER than when they originally thought they could make it out, never upset about that!). Their tech Dan called me and explained to me in great detail the various issues that was wrong with my system. As someone that doesn't live in the state anymore it's important for me to have these details! The house is now cooling down and I understand my next steps as a property owner.
