Don't ever use these people. They don't guarantee their work. I used them on 11/29 and it cost me over $300. The issue is back and they are not interested in solving the issue that should have been repaired right the first time. The owner of the property is president of the MS Apartment Association. Can't wait to share this with her.

Quick turnaround on a day before a holiday when 4 other companies could not guarantee a same day visit. Great service- we were given advice on how to prevent future problems as well as advice on what may be needed in the near future. Reasonable pricing also!

Thank you so much. You really came through for us. We won't be calling any else! Very nice employees. I was at my wits end. I called everyone and they aa put me off for a week or two but you didn't even hesitate when I told you I needed someone that day around noon. You had someone here by 2 and by 3:30 they were done. I was very satisfied with the work and the price. I'm not one to give reviews but I couldn't miss this one. Thank you again. Mr Rooter is OUR plumber from now on! SINCERELY Betty McGee

My mother thought she was calling Roto Rooter. The guy was here all day long. My mother had just been home from the hospital a few days and wanted him to just unstop the drain. That's all it was, a stopped up drain. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing, kept saying it was this, and, no, now it's that but I'm not going to charge you, don't worry, etc. He was too chatty, including a quick pass by me to pour something out as I sat outside, declaring that some of what he had on his arms was poopy. No doubt, but did it need to be pointed out? He called another guy out to help him, but the guy just stood around and looked worried. Later, I thought he had long gone and looked outside and his van was parked where my mother is usually parked in our driveway. He had forgotten a ladder and used his van to vault off to the roof from. I'm not sure why he needed the roof. He tore our yard up with his van. Look, truthfully, our house and yard aren't spectacular because we're mostly poor and neither can do yard or house maintenance anymore, so I'm not just complaining that he ruined a perfectly manicured lawn, no--but what he did do is tear up a part of the yard I walk across to get to our big outdoor garbage can. I did not know this until I went out after dark and got stuck in about three inches of mud, slipped, and strained my already bad back, which was why I had asked him to clean up the extreme mess he made going in under our sin, which he did say he'd do.. No other company has ever made that kind of mess before, and we usually have to have this done at least once a year. Also, realized the next day was that he must have done some more damage to the already admittedly damaged flat roof of our screen porch because the leak is massive and goes across half the porch now. I have never removed my purse from where I usually keep it or unlocked my weapon just in case when other tradespeople were here, but I began to wonder if our house was being cased out. It just made no sense. The entire experience was strange, destructive, lengthy, and dirty. When she looked at the bill was when my mother realized she hadn't been dealing with Roto Rooter. I didn't ask her what the bill was because I don't want to know. I wouldn't have paid it myself. And now the porch roof is in worse shape, as is the yard, and the sink is still draining slowly, which it never did after Roto Rooter came by, stayed maybe an hour, made not much mess, then left. Oh, and after not showing up when they said--Mr. Rooter said they'd be here the day before and never showed until the next morning. Look elsewhere for a plumber. Update, Sunday, Jan. 27th, 2019: Today the same pipe this service spent all day "fixing" is leaking again. In closer inspection, we discovered the pipe coming down from the sink has become unattached to the pipe it drains into. So it wasn't properly tightened or a pipe that wasn't long enough was fitted. Last week we got the screen porch roof fixed that the tech caused massive leaking by going up there. The yard is still a muddy mess and it won't stop raining long enough to dry out. After I wrote the initial review, we also found that a gutter was bent. So the proper Roto Roofer is scheduled to be here tomorrow and I hope that will be the last thing we have to put money out on to fix what this service didn't properly fix and did damage to.

Very expensive! Kept calling to say I was on schedule for a plumber, but took three days to finally arrive. I asked for an inspection of the plumbing in this new to me house. I watched and all the guy did was look at things, without actually seeing if they worked and then checked off list. I hope they did make the repair of sink drain that was the cause of my call for service---will not know until I use it more. Way too expensive!
