They're only good for Monday through Friday. What kind of company don't offer help on the weekend. Meanwhile my basement is backing up like mad crazy and we still have to wait 2 days with kids in the house. This is not cool on in this country Hillbilly state. Any other state I was able to use them on the weekend and after hours.
Called them because I had a leak in my bathroom. Guy came out and checked, he said there was no leak. A few weeks later, I had someone else come out to check, he found and fixed the leak. Roto Rooter was a waste of time and money!!!
These guys are great. They came the same day and fixed the problem. The gentkgent could not have been more respectful.

They are "open" on weekends, but when called for emergency pumping due to septic back up I get the response of "they dont take calls on weekends, call back Monday morning". Well if you dont take calls then why are you open on the weekends? Pointless business hours for a company to have.
