Very unprofessional. Postponed coming out to look at standing water underneath my house for nearly 3 weeks. Would say he would be there one day then never show up. Always had ridiculous excuses or none at all. Was forced to call someone else who fit me in their schedule and came to check out my problem within 24 hours of calling me back. Don't waste your time and just call Rotor Rooter out of Columbus.
Late for appointments. Not the most friendly fellow. Was EXTREMELY rude to the woman of the house. Didn't believe she knew what she was talking about when she actually DOES. Forced to use this guy because of our contractor or we would have to pay out of pocket. Your mileage may vary...
