On first visit it was determined that a new air conditioner was needed as the unit was 22 years old and parts for the unit would be obsolete by next year. There was never a "salesman" mentality of pushing a new unit with a hefty price tag. They were honest about the options. The decision was made and a new unit purchased. Later that week, two technicians came to install the unit. I was given a 4-5 hour window of how long it would take to complete install. The two gentlemen were fast and efficient, finishing the install in 2 hours in the blistering heat. I would recommend RW Heating & Air to anyone looking for a fair and honest evaluation. Not many company's in this field are left. They are solid upstanding company with intelligent and skillful technicians. Their name speaks for, its self A+++!!! Thank you!!

I found these guys online while searching for an ac repair company. After reading reviews i decided to give them a try. Everyone i have been in contact with was very respectful and accommodating. They made sure to keep me updated every step of the way, be transparent about the pricing and time frames, and simply communicating. Never i had to play phone tag or leave numerous vms hoping they will call me back. They actually answer their phone when i call and get it done.
