The service was amazing. Both technicians were very professional, but the quote was outrageously expensive. I was quoted $1300, a competitor quoted me $600 for the same work. Update: Had another local company come out. Their technicians were extremely professional and the price was $400.

From the very courteous office staff who took my phone calls, to the prompt, professional and genuinely kind and friendly techinician, Jeffrey P., who did AMAZING WORK, I can honestly say I am quite impressed! Jeffrey tended to three different repairs (and even a few minor separate repairs as a wonderful courtesy) in a very timely manner. Each finished repair was nothing less than stellar. Always fair, honest and probably a bit more expensive but the trade off is perfection. No worries that the job will be done shoddy or recalls with additional billing will be necessary. Our plumber from KS is Jose and we love him!
