Best plumping company in town. From drains to installing our water softener system, they are so good. The customer service is excellent and they show up immediately when there is a problem. I have used them at least 6x for different issues and have been impressed by their promptness and professionalism. They are also very honest about what needs to be done. They don’t try to recommend an expensive solution. I recommend Western Rooter for all your plumbing needs!

Omar handled the work professionally and on the schedule he had targeted. There was an additional part required during the installation which was quite pricey; however, the ownership followed up with a fair adjustment to the total installation cost. Most satisfied.

Called the owner and explained the issue I was having. One day later a plumber was at my home, making recommendations and listening to my preferences. Within 1 week the issue was fixed (I had an old part that needed to be rebuilt), cost came in lower than estimated!

They did extensive work upgrading our sewer pipes. Polite, professional, upfront about pricing. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!
