Superior Pump Company

I admit it took a small amount of time to get someone out, but it was well worth it. A local big time competitor wanted to charge us 3 times what Superior Pump charged for a new tank and installation. The competitor's cost would have exceeded $10K, and the final product would have been far inferior. Jason from Superior Pump is a star, his professionalism, knowledge and good common sense puts the homeowner at ease, and sets the tone that everything will be handled perfectly. In the future, if I have a failure of anything from my well, to my storage tank, to ultimately getting the water into my house, Superior Pump will be the only one I call.

This company probably good for large and expensive emegency projects but if you need somesimg to fix "small" or debug be ready to wait a days and be also ready to spends your valuble time to call them back again and again in order to setup an appointment.

Actually this is the second visit, for DIFFERENT issues. Each time they were quick and polite. They explained issues in the detail. I got a replacement pump from them the first time. It has been working great for 2 years. This time they came to clear the pipes after a log broke them. Would I call or refer them, absolutely.

I called this company five times over the course of three weeks trying to get them to come out and replace a broken water pump for my well. I was told "the technician will call you to schedule a date and time," but no one ever called despite many follow-up phone calls by myself. Very poor communication and customer service. I finally contacted Capitola Pump Company, who was friendly, efficient, and scheduled an appointment without difficulty.

My water booster pump stopped working and I called Superior Pump Company, they send the Tech and find the root cause in 5 minutes, changed the Cap. and that fixed the issue. Very fast, efficient and job well done. Willy
