They are the best!! Customer service is great! Very friendly and helpful. If they are in our area they will just stop by to make sure everything is good. The aeration treatment system and water softener did they installed in her house worked perfectly.

So 25 years ago I bought a water softener for the ultra hard water here in O'Fallon, MO. The guy at the hardware store said in O'Fallon water softerners don't last 5 years because the water is so hard. Well, Holmes was my choice back then and we finally, 25 years later, replaced ours with another Holmes. Quick install, no interest payments like 25 years ago. They are simply the best in the entire area. I priced Culligan and they were a good 1000 dollars more for a lesser unit. If you want a family owned business that does you right, Holmes it is.
