Carpet buyers beware. Purchased carpet, quotes for install. Come in after Measuring to pay for install (as instructed) and quoted amount tripled. Was told "you don't understand" after showing physical quote. Refunded entire purchase. No effort or care Shown by anyone.

We will not be coming back to this store. Heed my warning:DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO SPECIAL ORDER!!! Flooring especially. Scratch resistant-scratched...BAD! Even with little or no weight at all. Our water resistant and scratch resistant expensive flooring, holds water and scratches. We were sold a junk product. On top of that, the flooring is separating for itself. But let's start at the beginning.. Bought a house, ordered flooring and molding for a specific day. We go to home depot a few days after it as in and they couldn't find it. No one apologized. Then they did find it (After an hour and calling everyone in the store) and it was missing pieces. Had to re-order them and wait so our floor would not be finished before we moved in. No rush delivery-no apology. We ended up taking all of that back including most of the flooring we had. We get it installed by a professional. Move a light box over the top of the floor and what do you know? 7-8 LONG scratched over the top of the floor. I called, MANY People and one blamed our contractor! Pretty much told us we were up a creek without a paddle. RUDE! Then belittled my intelligence by telling me that scratch resistant doesn't mean it doesn't scratch. I laughed when I asked what it meant and she couldn't tell me. A MONTH! A month we dealt with this stuff! No one took responsibility. NO ONE CARED! They got their money. Vlad is the only one who passed the information along. OH! And they lost the second order also!!! Then when we told them to cancel, they didn't and kept holding the stuff we told them many times we didn't need! George...George is the only one who tried to make it right. I appreciate the stuff he did, but this is not over. They need to take the "Scratch proof, resistant" Whatever it is, OFF OF THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FLOOR! Scratch resistant isn't scratch proof apparently. Apparently all of the employees have this flooring in their house..just ask them..and it never goes on sale. They have for sure LOST our business as well as my family's. Which I know one person won't make them cringe, but we just bought a house, my parents are re-doing their house, and my grandma is re-doing her floors...and I will make sure to let everyone know how we were treated and pushed around. I will applaud George-the manager-not the DM like we were told.
