We called Watts Plumbing after we had Rotor Rooter come out to our home. Rotor Rooter came out and took a look down our main line with the camera and did a clean out on it. They said that ultimately we needed our main line to be cleaned with the hydro jet (which is almost $700) not even a week later our system was backing up again. My husband decided to try and find another company who provides this services for a lower price. My husband had Watts plumbing come out. He did his own diagnoses. He was a complete gentleman and most importantly an honest business man. We didn’t need the hydro jet at all we just needed our line cleaned out properly! We ended up paying $88.00 instead of $700.00 for a service we didn’t even need. On top of that he fixed our constant running toilet. I can’t remember his name at the moment but thank you sir for your honest business!! We will never go anywhere else again!! Watts Plumbing is the best hands down!
