We needed a new water heater this time and Al did a great job for us again!!! Al is the best plumber we have ever had! Very dedicated, knowledgeable, and persistent to get the job done right. He will be our only call when we need plumbing help! Thanks Al & Larson Plumbing!

Just to be clear the 1 Star missing was because I was initially given a time slot of 2-6pm by the receptionist and the technician didn’t come until after 7:30pm. I was very impatient as our house was gradually getting hotter (80 degrees at the time) and we have a 3 week old baby. The overall experience was great, especially when Ben got here! Ben was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. He was also very personable and trustworthy! He fixed our air conditioner quickly but carefully by ensuring his resolution was accurate. Thanks Ben!

We have used Larson Heating, Air, and Plumbing for several different home projects. From start to finish, we have been extremely satisfied with their services. Michelle is who I spoke with in the office. She was very friendly and was able to get me 2 different technicians set up to come out for inspections and repair for different areas of our home we just recently purchased. Josh came out to service our outdoor A/C unit and our furnace. We believe both units are original with our home and were in dire need of some attention. He was upfront, in regards to his concerns with cleaning the fins ou our furnace unit due to the delicacy and age of them, but confirmed they weren't coated in a blanket of dust. AL has been our technician for all our plumbing issues. He is very professional and knowledgeable He explains plumbing leaks, solutions, and repair costs clearly and takes his time remedying the problem areas. Al is also fantastic with children! I have 2 young kids (8>), both with curious minds. Al engaged them and allows the to watch from a safe distance! P.S. Ask him to share some jokes with you! Thank you Michelle, Al, and Josh for taking great care of us!

Fairly friendly. I won't say they're not knowledgeable. They seem very knowledgeable. But in rural areas the word is they are a little too pricey. So all-in-all possibly big prices in small places.

First time I ever used Larson and I am 100% pleased. Ben, the technician, was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I highly recommend using Larson and ask for Ben ???????? Great job! Thank you
