I was told that I would have a plumber at my house sometime between 8 AM and 12 PM. My first thought was "just great" thinking about how many times direct TV has given me the same time window only to show up at 3 or 5 PM. I took the day off work preparing for worse. Figuring I'd be stuck at home all day waiting on a plumber to show up. Boy I was WAY WRONG!! I received a courtesy call about 30 minutes before the plumber arrived which was much appreciated. Plumber arrived a little after 9AM, WOW!!! He was very friendly, fast, informative, and very efficient. He had my gas fireplace fixed and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. AMAZING!!! I was truly impressed. All around a great experience from start to finish!

I was very pleased with the service we received from Arnie's. We chose Arnie's afrer being abandoned by two other companies. I called on Wednesday and Shawn came on Thursday. Both the office staff and Shawn were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Shawn listened to my concerns, checked the system, and was honest with the issues. The whole experience made it obvious Arnie's is a professional and experienced business. We will being using them again.
