I've been trying to reach this company for several weeks now to fix a leak on a recently completed job but not a single call has been returned. I'm not sure how else to get the attention needed, maybe someone will see this? The phone number I have on my invoice is no longer active and all i'm left with is the phone number indicated on google.

Had John come out for a broken cold water valve. Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable would highly recommend!

John and his apprentice (assistant? didn’t catch his name) came out to fix a cracked drain that was leaking water in my basement. From the moment they showed up til they left, they were both very friendly and put me completely at ease. It soon became clear that John is extremely knowledgeable, and answered all questions I had. He was so considerate in trying to avoid tearing up the walls to find the leak, and used some pretty crafty solutions to do so. I was so impressed him and by the whole experience that I will call him first for any plumbing issues from now on.
