Roto-Rooter

If I could rate this a 0 star I would. We had a plumbing emergency, water backed up in showers, toilets and all sinks and was overflowing. Called this place SEVERAL times at the Bonne Terre location. All we got was a woman saying she was on the phone and leave a message. My husband left a few messages and 5 hours later no call. Good thing we didn’t wait for them to call back and actually found a company who actually knows how to return calls.

We called Roto-Rooter a couple of years ago, made an appointment and they never bothered to show OR call. Called them again yesterday. They did answer the phone and were told they would return our call to make an appointment. Didnt happen. We'll never call them again for anything!!! Zero Stars!!

Awesome! Same day service and very efficient. The guys were friendly and didn't stall for more money. In and out done within an hour. thank you thank you!

They came out and things looked promising. I have been calling them for weeks to get an estimate. I am regularly calling - and they don't call back after saying they will.
