We called for 2 issues: a bathroom sink not draining well, and more seriously, a floor drain in the basement not draining at all. We contacted 4 other rooter services for quotes (3 of which were in home, so they saw first-hand the problems), which ranged from $168 to 1850. The guy who came by fixed both issues quickly and efficiently, and presumably effectively (time will tell). It cost us $99. KC Rooter will be the first company we call in the future.
