Roto-Rooter

You sent someone over not in uniform. He came to the door without tools. He did not check for leaks like I asked. He was at my home for less than 30 min. but I was charged for an hour. Roto Rooter you have lost my business.

Great service, not sure why people have a problem with them. They have always done a great job for me.

My landlord uses Roto-Rooter uses this business as his preferred plumber for multiple properties. Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday so we called landlord Monday morning for a fix. Roto-Rooter called us back immediately saying they'd send someone out 24 hours later to fix. 24 hours later the plumber came, said he needed to order a part and it'd be here by 10 a.m. the next day and that when it arrived we should call and they'd send someone right out. We called when the part arrived and the woman on the phone said they'd work us in today. Well, the two of us rearranged our work schedules to ensure someone was home to accompany the plumber who never came. At 6:30 p.m. we called Roto-Rooter and the woman said the only way they were coming today is if our landlord agreed to pay time and a half - after the plumber had said they'd send someone right away when we got the part (8 hour window during normal working hours). The woman explained they were understaffed and overworked, but the plumber made the promise when he was here the day before. When I told the woman we had been without water for 72 hours at this point she said they squeezed us in as a favor to our landlord. And that they'd squeeze us in either tomorrow or Friday and then hung up on me.

Roto Rooter offers excellent service! Cortlen is the absolute best!

The gentleman showed up well before the allotted time. Took care of my kitchen drains. Would definitely use again!
