Richter did an awesome job fixing up some plumbing issues we had. Very fast and honest. They overcharged us a few dollars on a part by accident and got back to us quickly to fix it. Would use again!

Seriously, the best in the area. These guys have done all our plumping and septic work over the almost 6 years we have been here. Always punctual, always polite, always fair with their prices. Their employees are super respectful, and always willing to show you exactly what is being done...and will go the extra mile if you have any questions.

What an absolutely stellar crew. Absolutely the best in Warrensburg and likely surrounding areas. I had a legit emergency with sewage starting to backflow, and they were on it. They went so far above and beyond all expectations and got me going a lot quicker than I ever imagined. There was absolutely zero quit, I had a very unique issue and they pulled out all the stops to find and resolve. Don’t waste time calling around or looking for anyone else. Call Richter Excavating and Plumbing, seriously! Plus, the dye they used to troubleshoot looked like slime when it came out, so as a Ghostbusters that’s the coolest thing ever.

We called Richter after having another company come out 3-4 times within a year or so. We kept having the same problem but were not finding a solution, so we called Richter for a second opinion. My very first conversation with them was so refreshing! I spoke with a woman, I believe her name is Lisa (forgive me, I'm terrible with names) and she began the whole process by asking very detailed and specific questions about the problems we have had. She scheduled her tech Aaron to come out the same day and take a look. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and a total professional. He doesnt tell you what you want to hear and also doesnt jerk you around. You can tell that this company and its employees genuinely care about their customers and getting to the bottom of the problem, not just patching it!! After Aaron and the team came out and jetted our pipes on Jan 3rd this year, I had to call them again because we were having a similar issue. Again, tons of questions asked about the problem, Aaron was out here same day to investigate and then him and the owner Mr. Richter augered our line to resolve the issue and didnt make us pay an ADDITIONAL service fee, like the other experiences we have had. They have been so great, explaining everything that they are doing step by step and what we can expect. Everything about our interactions with them have been very transparent. I would absolutely recommend Richter to anyone in town for your plumbing needs, large or small!! You can't beat a small town company with good, knowledgeable people, who stand behind their work!
