Derek did a fantastic job in fixing our sewage pipe. Honest, reliable, courteous and took his time in making sure that we understood what the problem was and what the best way to tackle the solution was. Overall great guy and great service. We hope to never have plumbing issues again, but inevitably I'm sure we will... when we do, we know who we'll call.
Best plumbing service I have ever had. Derek was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was going to do in layman's terms so anyone could understand. He even took the extra time to help me register my self bought hardware with the manufacturer so I wouldn't have to do it myself. I would highly recommend Derek for all of your plumbing needs.
Derek was awesome!! Came out and saved our Sunday from gross sewage backup--amazingly competent and knowledgeable professional!! So grateful he came out on Sunday at 6 PM and cheerfully problem solved until he figured everything out and we could use all our water systems again!!
