It’s really great to be able to call a local company and talk to a person right away. I called Friday morning and by that afternoon the owner of the company was at my house diagnosing my home air conditioner and giving me my best options. I highly recommend Tiger for all your heating and cooling needs in the Twin Cities area! Thanks again!

I had an emergency situation and Dustin returned my call promptly. Dustin notified me that he was on his way and arrived on time and took care of the problem. I find Dustin professional, polite and knowledgeable. It is apparent he cares about his customers. I have a list of jobs and will use Tiger to complete that list!

Long story, but short version is we had a mainline sewer clog over the weekend while we were out of town and my in-laws were at my house. Tiger was one of a few places open on Saturday (I called 5) and they had someone at my place within an ~1 hr. The plumber worked 3-4 hours to locate and remove the clog, all the time keeping in contact with me over the phone and talking to my MIL. I've had several follow-up calls to ask a few questions and they have been courteous and helpful, promptly replying to my inquiries within an hour. I definitely recommend their work.

Overcharged us for coming after hours when they said they would arrive during hours. Said there might be a leak but didn't find anything and it turns out we do have a leak and we are calling someone else! Don't waste your time or money! Update 7/20/17: Brian has emailed us offering a partial refund for the refrigerant fill up but we are still charged with an $199 service fee. We appreciate them attempting to work with us, but they (including the technician, zach) are denying that they said they couldn't find any leaks, but both my husband and I remember him saying that. The technician from Mcquillian bros (The company we called to replace our air conditioner after this experience) found multiple leaks in about 20 minutes. Update 8/1/2017: Never sent us check. Did not respond to follow up email. Update 8/4/2017: We were notified that we will not be refunded because we didn't cover up our terrible service experience. Not an honest business or even one that puts out quality work. CALL MCQUILLAN BROS!!
