Paul Vadnais Plumbing & Well Inc.

This was my first time using Paul Vadnais Plumbing, but it won't be my last. I had a failing 12 year old water heater, and a leaking outside faucet that needed replacement. After calling two other local plumbers for estimates, I called Paul Vadnais. He spent 20 minutes getting info about my situation, what I wanted done, and the types of equipment that would work for me. Paul's estimate was the lowest I'd received, and if I wanted, he could get a crew out the same day. That was 9:30 am....by 10:45 am Tony was on site ready to go. He started on the faucet while the old water heater drained. 30 minutes later another crew arrived with my new water heater. 2 hours later Paul Vadnais called from the City of WBL. He had picked up the work permit and had set up a final inspection for 2:30 pm. Tony finished at 1:30, and inspector arrived at 2:30 as promised. 5 hours from my initial phone call to final inspection. I was able to use a local hometown business, got a great price, and the best service I've ever received. I'm not big on writing online reviews for people I do business with, but this local company really impressed me. Give them a shot. Joe Ginter / WBL

Paul came out almost immediately to repair my water heater. Diagnosed the problem over the phone and showed up with the part and made the repair in record time and with great professionalism I will rely on Paul for any future plumbing issues

Tony came out and did everything from putting in a new sink faucet, to installing two toilets (and was very patient when the toilet I bought turned out to be a lemon and had to buy a new one) to snaking a few pipes, all for a reasonable price. Will definitely use Paul Vadnais Plumbing again!

Not expecting a reply until after the holiday, I was pleased to have my call returned promptly! Tony was professional and personable. He did wonderful work at a very reasonable rate.
