Very unprofessional company. They performed a well test for us and never sent the results. We contacted them numerous times asking for the report and each time we were told that we would have the report in a few hours. Days went by and they never sent them despite repeated calls. Obviously customer service and satisfaction means nothing to them. If you want courteous service with timely results then look elsewhere. We'll never use them again.
