Very expensive. Had quote of $450 for replacing parts on hand. Got it done by BB Plumbing for $160. Also was charged $165 to replace 2 outside faucet heads. Would not recommend Pioneer. Nice guy, but charges way too much.

Don’t know if this guy is totally incompetent or is just ripping people off He went to my moms house to look at her water heater told her it was bad and it would be $1400. To replace. I looked at it right after he was there lit the pilot light and it was all good.
