London Plumbing & Remodeling

This company is an absolute ripoff, especially London himself!! I received a call from my wife telling me that our front spigot on the house was shooting water out. So I called this company and asked them to come out and fix the spigot. It ran me over $200 for that visit. When I got home that evening, I inspected the spigot and seen that they ran a bolt inside it to stop water flow. I could visibly see the crack in the back of the spigot. The tech that had came out said in order to fix it they would have to remove the rock around where it was and had to draw an estimate up and would get back to me. I never received a call back. My main irrigation line was attached to that spigot so I lost use of my sprinklers. I eventually called and spoke to London himself and he agreed to come out to fix the spigot. He told me that it was $160 plus materials. I had already removed all the rock around the pipe and spigot so it would be easier for him to replace the spigot. Upon arriving, he had me go turn off the main water to the house and then replaced the spigot. Afterward, I went and turned the main back on as he turned the spigot on and there was still no water. Weird...... he was confused and asked me why that was like that. I told him I don’t know. You guys were the only ones to work on this project. So we went under my house and found the problem. The previous tech that came out and not only put that bolt to stop the leak to the spigot but he cut the copper line on the other side of the wall and capped it. Why would you do both. London’s exact words were “ Well this just got a lot more expensive.” He the replaced the missing pipe area with a new rubber/plastic piping. Finally we had water again but at the price of just over $300. So you charged me an extra $140 for what you guys did..... so it cost me just over $500 for a simple spigot replacement. London is a crook and I’d never recommend him or his business to anybody!!! They create extra work so then can charge more money. Stay clear of this business!!!!

Called London plumbing they came out before close of escrow did repairs that I sent pictures for clean work sure seems like good service they have to return because I didn't remind them of another simple repair. Now its about price ? More to come

Apparently, gouging people is not illegal. I recently had a toilet reinstalled in my master bathroom. It took 3 hours and he charged me $815.00. There was under $100 in supplies so I was charged $228.00 an hour. Afterwords, I have found out from numerous people that he is notorious for overcharging single, senior women. Shame on him!

The only company that called me back! And they came over right after. They fixed everything in a hour. Super sweet guys and so glad they came out to help today.
