Truly outstanding, professional, but.... very expensive. $750 to replace toilet!

Horrible service. My HOA hires this company to repair cold water lines to the complex. My place was flooding so of course I had questions. When I asked a question I corrected by a supervisor that he doesn’t answer my questions only those that come from the HOA. Then once they started working on my unit they had to fix errors 3 times. The plumber then had the nerve to ask for good yelp review. What a joke your insulting customer not doing a job correctly 2x then you ask for a good review? Over my dead body

Really pleasant experience with Dean, who I hired to install a new toilet + electric bidet. The emailed estimate was 2-3 hours; he arrived just a few minutes late, and finished in 1.5 hours. He was friendly, put on booties when walking in the house, and offered helpful maintenance tips for the toilet. He also carried the crazy-heavy new and old toilets up and down the stairs cheerfully, and without even needing my assistance. Definitely would recommend Dean and Master Plumbing & Sewer to others.

Being a maintenance technician for an apartment complex these are the guys to call most definitely. Big job or small. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful front office staff as well as their plumbers. Jorge came out late at 9/9:30pm the pipe under the sink was rotten .He brought in his tools and got to work on it right away a big plus for that I was tired and had to work the next day .He fixed the pipe finished CLEANED his area tools and mess .He is very professional I recomened you ask for Jorge THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
