Ponder Plumbing

Came to clean sewer line without auger or clean out snake.had to call another truck with 2 other workers.2 hours later they finished the job. Price I paid I believe I paid for all 4 workers.

Would give zero stars if I could. They installed my water heater and destroyed my hardwood floors in the process. Nothing was put between the floor and the old water heater when they removed it. The guys were so young, I doubt they were qualified at all. I'm sorry I used them and won't ever again.

We have had a heating element changed 3 times within the past year and half. 2 of those times were by ponder plumbing the first time they charged us a pretty penny. But we had a warranty with that price so the 3 time they came out (which was today the were here 10 mins and completed the job without any problems and charged us $350 where as the first visit was $200. Apparently they said they weren’t supposed to charge us but only $200. And then they said it should have cost anything but labor and they will have there supervisor give us a call. Still waiting on a call from this supervisor. We have received a call from the receptionist saying we need to apologize to the guys that came out. Needless to say this place is a joke. I would never waste my money there again. I highly recommend you use any other option then this place.

Called early and they said they'd send someone out shortly and they did.

If your thinking of using this company don’t!!! Terrible customer service, extremely rude employees, technicians who have no clue how to use simple tools, I mean they couldn’t even figure out how to use a simple drain snake. I honestly don’t understand how this company stays in business. My advice is to call an actual plumbing company.
