Love this company, the ownership and their service! I have always had great, professional service each and everyone I've had to use them. I work in property management and have used them at 7 different properties
On their website it says 24 hours 7 days a week service. When I called to schedule an appointment the guy on the phone seemed confused. I informed him my main sewage lined was backed up. He said "Maybe we can get out there tomorrow". I referenced the website asking him if it wasn't true what they advertised about 24 hours a day, he laughed and said pretty much (not true). Of course, I would not recommend them.
Had a clogged bathroom tub drain that I just could not unclog myself but Alto was able to clear it out fast. Total charge was $135. The drain is working good now.
