Chris with Behm plumbing looks to start a job and charge you for part of it. He then wants to charge you again to come back and finish what he started at an absurd rate. Poor customers service, disrespectful, C+ work at best. It's worth the few extra bucks to call a professional plumber and/or plumbing service.
