Really want to thank Septic Check Inc for the quick service they provided when our septic tank alarm went active. They were out the same day I called. I am new to this home and septic system. Eric was very friendly and help me understand septic system and what needs to be done now and in the future. I will call Septic Check Inc anytime I have a problem with my system.
UPDATE: Travis followed up with me and strummed up an estimate very quickly. He was apologetic and I get it. We all get busy and stuff happens. Haven't made any decisions yet, but he's done his part in rectifying my complaint. Thanks. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 13 day response time for an estimate. That response being that they can't bid an anaerobic system, or it would be too expensive if they did. A little bummed out. Was one of my two companies that I was getting bids from as they came highly recommended by another outfit.
