Always great service

First off, on the septic system they did, we loved their work! They were quick, they did a great job, they were a great group of people to work with, it was excellent! But then... then they came back in the spring to finish the yard... now, I have been working on our yard for ten years to get rid of everything invasive and to have nice grass that we can walk barefoot in. The "top soil" wagner's brought was low quality fill. It is completely full of invasive weeds. We have bald spots everywhere because it hardened like concrete and where it isn't bald we have stinging nettle!! Besides that it wasn't even leveled and there were big chunks I had to break up and take in. I can't begin to Express my disappointment with my yard. It is beyond words. It pisses me off everytime I walk out there to think I paid $1500 and for what?! A yard that has so much thistle in it it will take a ton of money and work to correct!! I tried talking to Tom and he just said "Well, sometimes what we get is really nice and sometimes it isn't." That's a great business model there! So I wholeheartedly would recommend them for plumbing, but seriously, do NOT pay them to do the dirt work after!! Whatever you do, do it yourself, hire a landscaper, whatever, just don't throw your money away on this trash! UPDATE After the owner came across my review of their work, he came out and looked at the yard. He agreed it was not what it should have been and offered to make it right. So, with that in mind, I have returned to increase my rating and update my experience.

We had Wagner Plumbing replace a Water Heater for us. They came promptly and were very professional and efficient. Hot water is not something we want to be without for very long, so their promptness was appreciated. We had plans to replace a water softener too, so I purchased one before they arrived and they installed that at the same time, saving me any additional fees for an extra trip. I highly recommend this company.

Tom absolutely went above and beyond to help us when our water softener was flooding the house. Very knowledgeable, and very efficient. Will always go to Wagner Plumbing and Heating for our plumbing and heating needs!
