Great service. Ron went the extra mile trying to figure out the cause of our backed up sewer, which turned out to be tree roots that had destroyed the clay tiling. He's also done some plumbing for our toilet. I haven't shopped around a lot for plumbers, but this would be a good start.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt after 1 bad experience, only to have it duplicated again. They charge asinine amounts of money for services rendered or not even rendered. If you don't want to believe me, that's fine, but AT MINIMUM, understand their fees BEFORE booking them to come out.
I have actually never been here i must have just driven by or something so Google asked me to write a review but it sounds like an okay place so three stars for now.
They don’t give you prices upfront and aggressively try to collect payment. I got 2 letters and 3 phone calls within 1 MONTH for a hundred bucks, cmon guys lighten up check was in the mail. They did fix my problem but I thought it was rude when the plumber said “we’ll bill ya” when I asked how much it would be.
