High Speed Rooter & Plumbing

Call these jokers if you have nothing to do and want to waste time and get the run around. Booked an appointment with them for a next day service based on their availability. Said it was a standard $90 for a rooter if you have a cleanout. Appointment was for Saturday morning and the call about an hour and a half before to confirm and they said someone would be on the way. Two hours later I call to see what's going on and the technician isn't even on his way. They have to call him to track him down. They call back to say that the technician is about 25 minutes out and if I want the service they'll give me a 10% discount for my trouble =$9 for at least an hour of my time waiting AFTER THEY BOOKED AN ADVANCE APPOINTMENT AND THEN CALL TO CONFIRM IN THE MORNING! Said I wasn't interested and the person on the phone who probably isn't at fault said she'd call the owner to see what else they could do. No thanks. There's actually respectful businesses who I'd rather give my money to. As a note if you get referred to a "speed rooter" service as a good one this one clearly isn't it. There another "speed rooter" in LA that I think I was supposed to call. I should have known based on the bad Google reviews.
