I have used Modern Heating and Plumbing for my plumbing and heating needs since 1990. I had a central air conditioner installed in 1991. In 2006, I had a new heating system installed. The system was a combination propane furnace with an electric plenum heater. Every bit of the work was done in a timely professional manor. The system has saved us lots of money both in fuel and electrical costs. All the appliances have proven to be very reliable. None have required a service call.
