This guy is AMAZING. I called on a Tuesday night and he agreed to come to my place on a Saturday morning without charging me the Saturday call! ( this was NOT an emergency call ) He shows up on time and introduces himself professionally. He asks what objective/issue I'd like to be taken care of and after listening to my needs he proceeds to diagnose the problem, which it turns out was a different issue than I had thought. He decides to give me some information and tips and tells me that he isn't even going to charge me, not a single penny! He then proceeds to give me a referral to a reputable plumber in the area and says "Have a nice day" This guy is a class act and extremely professional and kind, don't wast your money on any ohter service.
