I had very old plumbing in my home that was contributing to relatively low water pressure in my kitchen sink. Joe and his guys came to replace with new plumbing the day after I called. Joe was respectful of my home and did a fantastic job with the new plumbing. It improved my water pressure 100 times over in the kitchen. Very pleased with the work. The best part...all for an incredibly affordable price compared to the area competition. I live right next to the shop so that helped speed the process along for my home. Prompt, most courteous, professional, and kind! My husband and I recently had an urgent plumbing issue in our home. After making arrangements for an afternoon service call, I was then alerted of an out of town family emergency. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was compassionate and willing to do whatever necessary in order to remedy our plumbing issue while my neighbor took over for my attendance at home. After the water issue was fixed; the plumber not only followed up with me regarding the resolution, he also expressed his kindness towards our family emergency. We are very pleased with Altura Plumbing and Heating, and we will definitely call them again in the future.
