Jim came out today to duane our septic tank. He was prompt and just a really nice guy! He answered all of our question's as septic tanks are new to us. He let us watch how it all works and he told us about rinsing off our filter every 6 months which we didn't know, he rinsed it for us. We used this company as the last homeowner used them and I feel like the way Jim was is exactly how customer service should be. Customer service now days tends to really suck but not with Jim. He was really courteous, friendly, and willing to answer any question's no matter how clueless you are on the subject. We will definitely use them again, thanks Jim!

Wow, what amazing service. Duane is remarkable. His knowledge of septics can only be gained through a life of experience in the industry. If you need any help with your septic or just looking for someone to handle the pumping, this is your company.

Talked to them on the phone, told them specifically that the tank was 4 feet in the ground. They recommended a riser and that they would supply and install for $2 an inch. Upon arrival the tech refused to dig it out and did not have a riser to install. Regardless of that they have now refused to dig it out even though I agreed to pay the $100 an hour dig fee. Very displeased and will not do business again

If there were ten star ratings, I’d give it! Duane was fantastic! Pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions! He had to replace stripped cover screws and did so without hesitation! I will definitely use Duane’s again!!! Thank you Duane!!????????

Impeccable Service! Duane and his staff were fantastic. Called after a minor incident and Duane himself was at my house at 8am the next morning pumping my two tanks. Duane is incredibly personable, and genuine. He took the time to test my septic alarm, answer my questions, fix a broken inspection cap and on top of all that is very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using Duane's services going forward.
