Brian and Kalem from Navo & Sons came out to pump my septic tank. They had to dig to get to it, it was muddy, slippery and very messy but they powered through it all the while they were polite, courteous and had a great can-do attitude. I wouldn't waste my time calling anybody else!

We have been a customer for 25+ years & always had good experience until we sold our home. Did not give us the 10% they always gave us, charge us for over-flow but did not pump it out, left alot of sludge in the tank & did not check leach lines for any problems, etc., had to pay another company to come in & finish pumping & check for any problems. Charge me much more than should have when I talked to a manager, he had a gift of gab, contradicted himself & wanted to know what I wanted told him to make it right, what-ever he thought his business was worth, well apparently wasn't much as he sent a small check so would never recommend this company to my worst enemy, what a shame after all these years. Good luck people, there are much better companies in Nevada County!

In this day of out for thr buck-- you could not find a more Fair , honest and hard working people in Rod & Josh. And we needed a plumber after the tank was emptied... Well here comes Tom from Rotor Rooter!!! I am ELATED! Prompt, Fair, Honest, & Knowledgeable... what else could you ask for !

Have used them for over 10 years for monitoring of my septic system. Multiple errors in billing have occurred. The technician who works on the system is great. The office generally is terrible. If you have a choice go with someone else.
