Pro Hot Water Service

We lost all water coming into our house on a weekend. I called several plumbers in the area and got no return calls. I called Mark and he was at our house within 20 minutes. Water was restored les than an hour later. He was professional and very friendly. I would definitely call him the next time I need a plumber. Great service!

Mark came to the house when he said and on time. He evaluated my tankless which was not big enough for our home. He explained the difference in tankless heaters. He was able to install in a new heater in a short period of time as we needed it. he was very professional and followed up with us to insure we were satisfied with the performance and the job he did. Our thermocouple went out in the morning and Mark came out a few hours later and fixed it! Mark also gave us an honest appraisal of our hot water heater and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. A very rare thing these days!
